This first floor apartment (now max capacity 3) offers wonderful views to the south and the west from its private terrace. It is accessed via the main villa entrance which leads to a small hallway and staircase.

The accommodation comprises:

• Open plan fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and integral fridge
• Bedroom with twin beds (or set up as double bed)and storage unit

• Separate toilet with wash basin
• Large outdoor terrace with gas barbecue, garden furniture and electronically operated sun blind.
There is a 12m x 6m enclosed outdoor swimming pool with an environmentally friendly water purification system open from mid - May to the end of October. Opening times are generally 10.00 to 19.00

Charges are for 2 people in one apartment and range from 60€ per night depending on the duration of stay
