Getting to La Cigale

By Plane

Perpignan airport is served currently by Ryanair, Flybe and BMIbaby from the UK and by AirFrance: 40 minutes drive from Argelès-sur-Mer. We are usually able to offer an airport transport service at very competitive rates. Hire cars are available from the airport. Alternatively a shuttle bus operates between the airport and Perpignan’s train and bus station, both of which have fairly regular services to Argelès.

Girona(Barcelona airport): 1 hour and 15 min. Easy journey - mostly autoroute.

www.frogbus.com are now operating a coach shuttle service between Girona airport and Perpignan, stopping off at Le Boulou with the promise of a direct link to Argelès very soon.

Other possible airports - Barcelona, Montpellier, Carcassonne, Beziers, Toulouse or Nîmes

By Car

By Coach

Eurolines operate services between London and Perpignan throughout the year. You need to consult them for detailed information.

By Train

The easiest is by Eurostar to Lille with a change of platform to take the TGV to Perpignan (currently a 6hrs 30 minute journey). From Perpignan, train, hire car, taxi or C'est la Vie pick up service to Argelès.
