The studio, with a Clévacances 3 clés/ tourist board 4*rating is on the ground floor and has its own independent entrance and small outside terrace. It consists of one room with an ensuite shower room (including toilet). As seen in the photos it has a double bed, 2 armchairs, small extending dining table and 2 chairs, a well equipped kitchen area with sink, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave and other small electrical appliances. Guests are able to use the swimming pool (May to October), Jacuzzi hot tub/spa pool (except July and August) and communal washing machine (located in the garage).

Normally the studio is used for bed and breakfast.

Where there are gaps in bookings, short stays are possible. The rate for this service - all included apart from breakfast is 50€ per night for 2 people in low season. This rises to 55€ in June and September and 65€ in July and August.

Prices for up to TWO PEOPLE bed & breakfast are:

January 2010 to end May 2010, September 2010 to December 2010 - 55€ per night (50€ for stays of 7+ nights)

June 2010 - 60€per night

July and August 2010 - 70€ per night
